New Buffalo Overlook

This one-of-a-kind Lake Michigan home is a modern masterpiece of design and construction. Sitting atop sandy dunes, the project had structural site challenges and land preservation constraints. With much planning from the team and structural design like a high-rise, the home will stand proudly for many generations. The front of the house is arched and supports a metal roof that was curved on site. The living and dining areas on the second story have panoramic views of the lake, as do the many picturesque wrap-around decks.
