Gull Breezes

This beautiful Gull Lake home has an inviting cottage feel and great family spaces. The project plan was an interesting one – Glas Associates was able to phase the construction to include tearing down the existing house but leaving a garage apartment temporarily for living. With a casual lake style, the interior incorporates natural colors and textures, wood finishes, and Craftsman-inspired design elements. The white shiplap on various ceilings unifies the spaces.
